Return Policy

Legend Land reserves the right to warn, limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and returns are subject to a refund verification process. All returns must be in original container and all original items must be included with return. All returns must be in original condition presented from manufacture. Customers are encouraged to retain their purchase receipts, online order receipts and e-receipts. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws. The Store Manager has the authority to make a final decision for all returns.

All animal feed product returns must be in the original sales package and not opened in any way. All animal feed products returns are subject to management discretion. All feeds are subject to damage if left in hot vehicles and rendered non-returnable. All animal feed products must be returned within 7 days and accompanied with a receipt.

All returns are subject to restocking and shipping fees. Fees are determined by product size, required shipping, and any expenses required processing the return. Fees are determined by management, and can be deducted from the return funds at the time of return. Large equipment returns will be made after all repair avenues of restoring the product to original operating conditions have been exhausted. Large equipment returns will only be made to products determined to be no fault of consumer. Large equipment returns will be within 90 days and exceptions will be to the discretion of management. Equipment manufactures will be first involved to make restitution of equipment failure.
